Justin has 17 Years experience in the construction industry specialising in electrical and controls design and installation for the HVAC&R industry. Justin spent 7 Years with Siemens Building Automation in Sydney as a controls technician programming & commissioning projects including data centres, hospitals, commercial developments and universities. During this time he gained a thorough understanding as to how multinational organisations operate, and effectively applies this knowledge to run an efficient, focused & streamlined business specialising in Building Automation Controls.

David Arnold- Construction Manager

Dave has spent the last 15 Years in the Construction Industry specialising in the delivery of electrical and control systems. His origins in the industry stem from his days as an apprentice electrician with Control & Electric, project management, through to his current position of construction manager for IES. His ability to liaise with builders and coordinate services throughout the project is his strengths. This is demonstrated through a strong repeat client base and continued relationships.

Geoff Izzard- Engineering Manager

Geoff holds a diploma in software engineering and is a qualified electrician. This gives him a unique depth of knowledge of the programming and technical requirements for Automated Controls systems. Geoff’s strength lies in his commitment to detail and the ability to interact with and interpret the clients needs and deliver the designs requirements for the most economical and energy efficient outcome.
